Your relationship with the Service Provider. B.3.1 The Service Provider acts as Our agent under this Agreement except as otherwise notified by Us in writing. The Service Provider Case Manager is Your primary point of contact for all matters in relation to this Agreement, including where this Agreement requires You to seek approval from Us.
