Common use of Your Representations Clause in Contracts

Your Representations. Unless you state otherwise in Par. 9, you represent when signing this Lease that: (a) you do not already have deployment or change-of-sta- tion orders; (b) you will not be retiring from the military during the Lease term; and (c) the term of your enlistment or obligation will not end before the Lease term ends. You must notify us immediately if you are called to active duty or receive deployment or permanent-change-of-sta- tion orders.
