Your Obligations to Us 8.1 This Hire Agreement is personal to You and You must not allow nor authorise any other person or entity to use, re-hire or have possession of the Equipment at any time, unless expressly agreed by Us in writing.

Your Obligations 4.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clear funds available in your account to allow a debit payment to be made in accordance with the Direct Debit Request.
Obligations Absolute The obligation of the Borrower to reimburse the L/C Issuer for each drawing under each Letter of Credit and to repay each L/C Borrowing shall be absolute, unconditional and irrevocable, and shall be paid strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement under all circumstances, including the following:
Developer Obligations In accordance with applicable NYISO requirements, Developer shall maintain satisfactory operating communications with Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Developer shall provide standard voice line, dedicated voice line and facsimile communications at its Large Generating Facility control room or central dispatch facility through use of either the public telephone system, or a voice communications system that does not rely on the public telephone system. Developer shall also provide the dedicated data circuit(s) necessary to provide Developer data to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO as set forth in Appendix D hereto. The data circuit(s) shall extend from the Large Generating Facility to the location(s) specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Any required maintenance of such communications equipment shall be performed by Developer. Operational communications shall be activated and maintained under, but not be limited to, the following events: system paralleling or separation, scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns, equipment clearances, and hourly and daily load data.
Obligations Owed to Third Parties The Contractor represents and warrants that all obligations owed to third parties with respect to the activities contemplated to be undertaken by the Contractor pursuant to the Contract are or will be fully satisfied by the Contractor so that the State and the State Entity will not have any obligations with respect thereto.
Information Obligations You will provide information or other materials related to Your Content that we reasonably request to verify your compliance with the DSA. If you become aware of any of the following actual or potential events you shall promptly provide us with reasonable information and assistance regarding their mitigation and resolution: (i) unauthorized use of your Account; (ii) loss or theft of your Account information; (iii) circumstances or incidents affecting the security of the Platform or Services; or (iv) measures by authorities or court decisions specifically relating to your use of Services or the Platform which may affect the Platform or the Services.
Cooperation obligations The Parties undertake to cooperate to allow the timely submission, examination, publication and defence of any dissertation or thesis for a degree which includes their Results or Background subject to the confidentiality and publication provisions agreed in this Consortium Agreement.
OBLIGATIONS AND ACTIVITIES OF CONTRACTOR AS BUSINESS ASSOCIATE 1. Contractor agrees not to use or further disclose PHI County discloses to Contractor other than as permitted or required by this Business Associate Contract or as required by law.
