Common use of Zelle Payments Service Clause in Contracts

Zelle Payments Service. The Zelle Payments Service (Zelle Service) enables you use the Credit Union online banking service: to initiate a payment transaction from an Eligible Transaction Account to an account at a U.S. financial institution; and/or (2) to receive a payment transaction from another person into an Eligible Transaction Account, in U.S. dollars. Although the ACH Network is often used to execute Zelle Service payment transactions, other Payment Networks may be used to facilitate the execution and transmission of payment transactions. All payment transactions must be made through the Credit Union online banking service and are subject to the terms of this Agreement. Receipt of payment transactions may be made through the Credit Union online banking service subject to the terms of this Agreement. However, in some instances, receipt of payment transactions may be made through xxx.Xxxxx.xxx (the “Zelle Website”) and if you choose to initiate or receive a payment transaction at the Zelle Website you agree that you shall be subject to the terms of other agreements, including, but not limited to, the “terms of use” for the Zelle Website.
