Common use of Zero Deviation Clause in Contracts

Zero Deviation. 19.1 Bidders to note that this is a zero deviation tender. BCPL will appreciate submission of offer based on the terms and conditions in the enclosed General Conditions of Contract (GCC), Special Conditions of Contract (SCC), Instructions to Bidders (ITB), Scope of Work etc. to avoid wastage of time and money in seeking clarifications on technical/ commercial aspects of the offer. Bidder may note that no technical and commercial clarifications will be sought for after the receipt of the bids. 19.2 Notwithstanding to the above, bids with deviation(s) to the following bid conditions shall be summarily rejected without any post bid reference to the bidders.
