GAIL will appreciate submission of offer based on the terms and conditions in the enclosed General Conditions of Contract (GCC), Special Conditions of Contract (SCC), Instructions to Bidders (ITB), Scope of Work, technical specifications etc. to avoid wastage of time and money in seeking clarifications on technical/ commercial aspects of the offer. Bidder may note that no technical and commercial clarifications will be sought for after the receipt of the bids. In case of any deviation/nonconformity observed in the bid, it will be liable for rejection.
