Zero Deviation. Bidders to note that this is a “ZERO DEVIATION TENDER”. UCIL will appreciate submission of offer based on the terms and conditions, Scope of Work, specifications, etc. to avoid wastage of time and money in seeking clarifications on technical / commercial aspects of the offer. Bidder may note that no technical and commercial clarifications will be sought for after the receipt of the bids. Bids with any deviation to the bid conditions shall be liable for rejection.
