Záverečné ustanovenia. 14.1. This Agreement may be amended only through a written amendment to this Agreement, signed by both Parties, wherein the Parties shall expressly state an intention to amend the content of this Agreement. 14.1. Túto Zmluvu je možné zmeniť len prostredníctvom písomného dodatku k tejto Zmluve, uzavretého oboma Zmluvnými stranami, v rámci ktorého bude výslovne uvedený zámer Zmluvných strán zmeniť znenie tejto Zmluvy.
