Tender As soon as practicable upon completion of the Developer decision process and satisfaction of Security posting requirements described in Section 25.8 of Attachment S, acceptance by the Developer of its Attachment S cost allocation, the ISO shall tender to the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner a draft LGIA together with draft appendices completed to the extent practicable. The draft LGIA shall be in the form of the ISO’s Commission-approved LGIA, which is in Appendix 4 to this Attachment X. Within six (6) months after the date the ISO tenders the draft LGIA, the Developer must have satisfied the applicable regulatory milestone described in Section 25.6.2.3.1
Displacement Procedure (a) Subject to consideration of ability, experience, qualifications, or where the Employer establishes that special skills or qualifications are required, according to objective tests or standards reflecting the functions of the job concerned, an employee in receipt of layoff notice has, subject to Article 35.02(e), the right to displace another employee. Contract As used in this document, “Contract” (whether or not capitalized) shall, unless the context requires otherwise, include this document and all incorporated Exhibits, which set forth the entire understanding of the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements. All modifications to this Contract must be in writing and signed by all Parties. All Contract Exhibits listed below are incorporated in their entirety into, and form part of, this Contract. Fire Prevention LESSEE agrees to use every reasonable precaution against fire and agrees to provide and maintain approved, labeled fire extinguishers, emergency lighting equipment, and exit signs and complete any other modifications within the leased premises as required or recommended by the Insurance Services Office (or successor organization), OSHA, the local Fire Department, or any similar body.
Ambulance The deductible and coinsurance for services not subject to copays applies.

Solution The Supplier’s contractually committed technical approach for solving an information technology business objective and associated Requirements as defined and authorized by the scope of the Contract or any order or Statement of Work issued under the Contract. Solution means all Supplier and Supplier’s third-party providers’ components making up the Solution, including but not limited to Software, Product, configuration design, implementation, Supplier-developed interfaces, Services and Work Product.
Tender Price The total price of our Tender, excluding any discounts offered in item (f) below is:
Closeout Closeout of the Award does not alter the record retention or access requirements of this section of this Master Agreement.
