Накопление строительных отходов. Допускается накопление строительных отходов (IV-V класса опасности) вне контейнера (для накопления транспортного объема). В данном случае строительные отходы должны быть аккуратно сложены и накрыты водонепроницаемым тентом. На тент должна быть нанесена водостойкая маркировка с указанием Xxxxxxxx, у которого в ходе выполнения работ образовались данные отходы, ФИО ответственного представителя Xxxxxxxx, его номер телефона и дата начала складирования отхода. Накопление отходов данным способом не должно превышать 2 недель.

  • Time Limitation The time limits established in the grievance procedures shall be followed by the parties and the aggrieved employee. If the time limit procedure is not followed by the Union or the aggrieved employee, the grievance shall be considered settled without precedent. If the time procedure is not followed by the Employer, the grievance shall automatically advance to the next step, but arbitration shall only be instituted upon timely written notice by the Union. The time limits established in the grievance and arbitration procedure may be extended by mutual agreement reduced to writing and signed by the parties.

  • Tolling of Statute of Limitations Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7a(c)(1), a civil money penalty (“CMP”) must be imposed within six years from the date of the occurrence of the violation. To ensure that this six-year period does not expire during the term of this Agreement, CHCS agrees that the time between the Effective Date of this Agreement and the date the Agreement may be terminated by reason of CHCS’s breach, plus one-year thereafter, will not be included in calculating the six (6) year statute of limitations applicable to the violations which are the subject of this Agreement. CHCS waives and will not plead any statute of limitations, laches, or similar defenses to any administrative action relating to the Covered Conduct identified in paragraph I.2 that is filed by HHS within the time period set forth above, except to the extent that such defenses would have been available had an administrative action been filed on the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Jury Duty/Subpoena A. An employee shall be allowed such time off without loss of compensation as is required in connection with mandatory jury duty. If payment is made for such time off, the employee is required to remit to the State jury fees received. When night jury service is required of an employee, the employee shall be allowed time off without loss of compensation for such portion of the required time that coincides with the employee's normal work schedule. This includes any necessary travel time.

  • Covenant Against Discrimination Consultant covenants that, by and for itself, its heirs, executors, assigns, and all persons claiming under or through them, that there shall be no discrimination against or segregation of, any person or group of persons on account of race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, ancestry or other protected class in the performance of this Agreement.   • Time Limitations Neither Parent nor Acquisition Corp. shall have any liability (for indemnification or otherwise) with respect to any representation or warranty, or agreement to be performed and complied with prior to the Effective Time, unless on or before the two-year anniversary of the Effective Time (the “Claims Deadline”), Parent is given notice of a claim with respect thereto, in accordance with Section 8.05, specifying the factual basis therefor in reasonable detail to the extent then known by the Company Indemnified Parties.

  • Statute of Limitation Except for claim(s) as to ownership or title to intellectual property rights, breach of the protections for Confidential Information, the right of SAP to bring suit for payments due hereunder, or a party’s failure to provide the indemnity obligations herein and its subject matter, either party must initiate a cause of action for any claim(s) relating to the Agreement and its subject matter within 1 year from the date when the party knew, or should have known after reasonable investigation, of the facts giving rise to the claim(s).

  • Statute of Limitations The parties agree that all applicable statutes of limitation and time-based defenses (such as, estoppel and laches) are tolled while the procedures set forth in Subsections 9.2.(a) and 9.2(b) are pending.   • Jury Duty and Subpoena Leave A. Leave of absence with pay will be granted to employees for jury duty with appropriate documentation. An employee will be allowed to retain any compensation paid to him or her for jury duty service. An employee will inform his/her supervisor when notified of a jury summons and will cooperate in requesting a postponement of service if warranted by business demands.

  • Public Posting of DPA Pursuant to SOPPA, the LEA shall publish on its website a copy of the DPA between the Provider and the LEA, including this Exhibit G.

  • EFFECT OF FAILURE OF TIMELY ACTION Failure of the employee to file an appeal within the required time limit at any step shall constitute an abandonment of the grievance. Failure of the County to respond within the time limit at any step shall result in an automatic advancement of the grievance to the next step.
