Administrative Rules The City shall comply with the administrative rules of the United States Department of Transportation relative to nondiscrimination in federally-assisted programs of the United States Department of Transportation (49 C.F.R. Part 21) which are herein incorporated by reference and made part of this Agreement.
Additional Rest Periods When an employee performs authorized overtime work of at least three (3) hours duration, the Hospital will schedule a rest period of fifteen (15) minutes duration.
Applicable Rules Where a matter relating to investment is governed by this Agreement and simultaneously by the national legislation of either Contracting Party or international obligations existing at present or future by the contracting parties, investors of the other contracting party may avail itself of the provisions that are most favourable.
Employer Requested Leave Leave of absence without loss of pay, seniority and all benefits shall be granted to employees whenever the Employer requires an employee to take designated courses and/or examinations. VIOLATION OF RULES If any rule or provision of this Pet Agreement is violated by Residents or Residents’ guests or occupants in the sole judgment of Management, Residents shall immediately (within forty eight (48) hrs) and permanently remove the pet from the premises upon written notice from Owner or Owner’s representative; and Owner shall have all other rights and remedies set forth in the Lease, including damages, eviction and/or attorney’s fees.
Market Disruption Event Section 6.3(a) of the Equity Definitions is hereby replaced in its entirety by the following:
Employer Rules The Employer may establish reasonable work rules necessary to regulate employees’ conduct at work. Work rules shall be reviewed with new employees, conspicuously posted and made available to all employees. The Employer may require new employees to sign a form provided by that Employer to confirm their understanding of the work rules. The Employer will advise the Union of any proposed changes to the work rules thirty (30) days in advance. If the rule is a mandatory subject of bargaining, the Union reserves the right to demand to bargain.
