SECURITY AGREEMENT THIS SECURITY AGREEMENT IS ENTERED INTO EFFECTIVE AS OF APRIL 18, (“Security Agreement”), by Burst.com, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Grantor”), in favor of GORDON ROCK and MERCER MANAGEMENT, INC. (collectively, the “Secured Party”). RECITALS A.
