THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 1st day of August, 2013, by and between LOEB KING TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) and QUASAR DISTRIBUTORS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Distributor”).
