THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 3rd day of November, 2010, as revised as of the 1st day of May, 2013, and as revised on March 26, 2014, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of TransWestern Institutional Short Duration Government Bond Fund (the “Fund”) a series of the Trust, and the advisor of the Fund, TRANSWESTERN ADVISORS (the “Advisor”).

THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 19TH day of December, 2005, as amended on March 17, 2008 and December 14, 2009, as revised May 20, 2014, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Adaptive Allocation Fund, (the “Fund”) a series of the Trust and the Advisor of such Fund, Critical Math Advisors, LLC (the “Advisor”).
