THIS AGREEMENT is made as of June 30, 2010 by and between PFPC TRUST COMPANY, a limited purpose trust company incorporated under the laws of Delaware (“PFPC Trust”) and PNC ADVANTAGE FUNDS, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Fund”). This Agreement is an amendment and restatement in its entirety of the Custodian Services Agreement between the Fund and PFPC Trust dated as of October 19, 2004.
