This Capital Support Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of March 2, 2009, is by and between Ameriprise Financial, Inc. (“Parent”), a Delaware corporation, and Ameriprise Certificate Company (“ACC”), a Delaware corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of Parent.
