THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 18th day of June, 2013, revised as of June 4, 2014, December 9, 2014 and November 16, 2015 by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Navigator Duration Neutral Municipal Bond Fund (the “Fund”) a series of the Trust, and the Advisor of the Fund, Clark Capital Management Group, Inc. (the “Advisor”).

THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 14TH day of December, 2015, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Probabilities Fund (the “Fund”) a series of the Trust, and the adviser of the Fund, Probabilities Fund Management, LLC (the “Adviser”).
