This AGREEMENT is made as of the 23rd day of May 2016, by and between Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company located at 520 Madison Avenue, 20th Floor, New York, NY 10022 (the “Sub-Adviser”), and Altegris Advisors, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company located at 1200 Prospect Street, Suite 400, La Jolla, CA 92037 (the “Adviser”). The Adviser and the Sub-Adviser are each and individually a “Party” and collectively the “Parties.”
