THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 25th day of March, 2015, as revised December 6, 2016 by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Grant Park Absolute Return Fund and Grant Park Fixed Income Fund (each a “Fund” and collectively referred to as the “Funds”) a series of the Trust, and the Advisor of the Fund, Dearborn Capital Management, LLC (the “Advisor”).
