THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of February, 2018, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST III, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of RESQ Strategic Income Fund, and RESQ Dynamic Allocation Fund (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”) a series of the Trust, and the Advisor of the Funds, RESQ Investment Partners, LLC (the “Advisor”).
