Cancellation Policy d) The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, only a handling fee of CZK 250 is charged for one canceled reservation. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged. Cancellation of stay requires written form (email with delivery receipt) to the address xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xx. The date and time of admission of the email is decisive for determining the time of cancellation of the stay. In exceptional cases (last minute, illness) individual cancellation conditions can be negotiated.
Cancellation Policy. The Contractual Parties agree that the Guests can withdraw from the Contract in compliance with the conditions stipulated below, by sending an e-mail to the address xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xx or by making a phone call to the Reservation Department of the Provider, +000 000 000 000. The withdrawal from the Contract including its conditions will be confirmed to the e-mail address provided by the Guest. In case of this withdrawal from the Contract, the Guest are obliged to pay the Provider a cancellation fee, which is set in a following manner: - in case the Guests withdraw from the Contract within one day (1) period (by 8 p.m.) before the agreed arrival date, no cancellation fees are charged; - in case the Guests withdraw from the Contract after this period or if the Guests do not arrive at the hotel at all, a 100 % cancellation fee of the price of ordered accommodation per 1 night is charged; - in case the Guests withdraw from the Contract, a cancellation fee of 100 % of total ordered accommodation price is charged.
