Changes and amendments. The Agreement, including any and all annexes, represents the entire and complete agreement between the Parties to the Agreement on the subject of the Agreement, and replaces any and all previous agreements, written or oral, related to the subject of the Agreement. Any changes and amendments to the Agreement shall be executed in writing and signed by the both Parties to the Agreement.
