If the landlord has to change the essential terms of the contract for objective reasons before commencing of the customer's stay, the customer has its right to accept the change or withdraw from the contract. If the Customer fails to withdraw by written notice within 10 days of the date of delivery of the change proposal, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the change. In the event of violation, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the stay before the expiration of the agreed period, without the obligation to pay the guest for any damages. Other reasons for termination of accommodation also includes the stay of unreported persons, violation of the ban on smoking in the cottage, the presence of animals and destruction of inventory.

The withdrawal must be made in writing and delivered to the other party by e-mail. The customer has the right to withdraw from the accommodation contract. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. In case of early cancellation or interruption of the stay due to no fault of the landlord, the price of accommodation, or a part of accommodation, will not be refunded. These Terms & Conditions apply to all stays in cottage Svatá Panna and come into force and effect on 24.12.2019 The customer confirms that he/she has read these Terms & Conditions, understands, agrees and accepts them. Any disputes will be governed according to the Czech law. Czech version of Terms & Conditions is legally binding.
