Corrections of Software. As ForgeRock’s entire liability and Customer's exclusive remedy for breach of the warranty set forth in Section 9.1(b) and (c), ForgeRock shall, at no charge: (a) use commercially reasonable efforts to make a correction available to the Software; (b) replace the Software with conforming Software; or (c) after making all commercially reasonable efforts to provide the foregoing remedies, terminate the applicable license and refund the unused portion of any pre- paid Fees received by ForgeRock.
