Customer Obligations a) Compliance. Customer is solely responsible for its Applications, Projects and Customer Data, and for ensuring that the Applications, Projects and Customer Data comply with the AUP. Revolgy or parties it appoints reserve the right to review the Applications, Projects or Customer Data to ensure compliance with the AUP. Customer will ensure that all Customer End Users comply with Customer’s obligations under the AUP, the Service Specific Terms, and Clauses 4, letter c) and letter e) below. Customer will (i) use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized use of the Services and to terminate any unauthorized use; and (ii) promptly notify Revolgy of any unauthorized use of, or access to the Services of which Customer becomes aware.

If the customer refuses to present a personal identification document, the landlord is neither obliged to provide accommodation nor return the already paid amount for accommodation.

Customer will ensure that when an authorized Customer Contact submits an Incident, that individual will have full access and permissions required to troubleshoot the Incident and is authorized to make recommended changes to the Customer’s network, and/or applicable Products to help troubleshoot or resolve the issue.

If the customer refuses to present a personal identification document, landlord is neither obliged to provide accommodation nor return already paid amount for accommodation. • Follow the instructions of the landlord and the staff authorized by the landlord. • It is the responsibility of the customer and all parties involved to act in such a way that they do not harm their health, life or property as well as damage to the property of the landlord. • Supervise children or provide them with supervision to prevent their possible injury in the building and its surroundings or to cause damage to the property of the accommodation provider. • Properly use the accommodation, maintain order and cleanliness. • Close windows and doors when leaving the accommodation. • Report without delay the need for repairs in the accommodation. • Immediately report any damage or damage caused by the customer or the person staying with him / her in the accommodation.
