EDITING. 6.1 Licensee shall at its sole cost and expense have the right to edit the PROGRAMME as delivered for the TERRITORY, in order to insert commercials during breaks or intervals during the exhibition and distribution of the PROGRAMME and the right to edit the PROGRAMME for time segment requirements or to the needs, practices and customs of television and promotional exhibition in the TERRITORY, provided that copyright notice, trademarks, logos and/ or credits as well as quality, integrity , continuity and the Droit Moral of the PROGRAMME are maintained. Licensee indemnifies Licensor from all claims arising out of the editing. Any further edits shall not be allowed without prior written approval by Licensor.
