Common use of FORECASTS Clause in Contracts

FORECASTS. 3.1 In order to facilitate Xxxxx’x supply planning of the Products, Buyer shall provide Amgen by May 1 and by September 1 of each calendar year during the Term) (or such other deadlines set by Amgen from time to time) with the non-binding estimate of Buyer’ requirement of the Products in a format specified by Amgen covering the next twelve (12) calendar months, broken down into months.
