OTHER SPECIAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS a) The tenderer acknowledges that by submitting a bid they also confirm their consent to the conditions of this Invitation and draft Purchase order which forms an inseparable part of this Invitation to tender.
b) The Contracting authority shall request the tenderer via e-mail to provide an explanation or to supplement the documents already submitted if it is impossible to verify their validity or determine a fulfilment of conditions of participation.
c) The Contracting authority may further explain and, if inevitable, even supplement the information contained in the Invitation to tender. Such explanation or the information supplemented to this Invitation shall be publicized on the Contracting authority’s profile.
d) Should the successful tenderer withdraw their bid or should they turn to be unable to provide the service for the price and under the conditions set forth in their bid, the Contracting authority shall reassess the bids submitted by the other tenderers.
