Party not violating the Agreement. A Party that has not breached the Agreement and is leaving voluntarily and with the consent of the other Parties shall retain the Access Rights to new knowledge acquired prior to the date of termination of its participation. Party may request Access Rights within the period specified in Article 10.4.2
