Má se za to, že účelem ani důsledkem článku 18 není zpomalit postupy stanovené v odpovídajících právních předpisech stran o vyšetřování záležitostí spojených s antidumpingem a subvencemi, překážet jim ani narušovat je. aniž jsou dotčeny přílohy IV a V a články 43 a 46, strany souhlasí s tím, že slova „v souladu se svými právními a správními předpisy“ uvedená v čl. 29 odst. 1 a 2 znamenají, že každá strana může upravit usazování a činnost společností na svém území za předpokladu, že tyto předpisy nevytvářejí pro usazování a činnost společností druhé strany žádné nové výhrady, které by měly za následek méně příznivé zacházení než to, které se poskytuje jejich vlastním společnostem nebo společnostem, dceřiným společnostem nebo pobočkám společností jakékoli třetí strany. Obchodní přítomnost společností strany, které se zabývají dopravou po vnitrozemských vodních cestách na území druhé strany, se řídí právními předpisy použitelnými v rámci členských států nebo Moldavské republiky, a to do doby, než budou dohodnuta zvláštní příznivější ustanovení pro tuto obchodní přítomnost, pokud se tato přítomnost neřídí jinými legislativními nástroji, které jsou pro strany závazné. Má se za to, že obchodní přítomnost má podobu dceřiných společností nebo poboček, jak je definováno v článku 31.

Může jít o přistoupení arménie k WTO, Radě Evropy nebo jiným mezinárodním organizacím nebo přistoupení k některé regionální celní unii nebo některé formě dohody o regionální integraci. Shodnou-li se strany na tom, že tyto okolnosti jsou dostatečným důvodem pro schůzky na nejvyšší úrovni, zorganizují se ad hoc. Dokud arménská republika nevstoupí do WTO, strany pokračují v rámci Výboru pro spolupráci v konzultacích o jejich politice dovozních cel, včetně změn v celní ochraně. Tyto konzultace se nabídnou především před zvýšením celní ochrany.
