RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT. 8.1. The Paper Vouchers expire on the date indicated on their front side. If the Client returns unused, undervalued and undamaged Paper Vouchers, which have already expired, Up ČR undertakes to return to the Client a part of the price of performance paid by the Client decremented by the Fees and VAT charged upon the collection of duly ordered Paper Vouchers no later than 20 (twenty) calendar days following the expiration of the Paper Vouchers, however, no later than 10 calendar days following the termination of the Contract.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT. 1. The Client undertakes to use the Subject of Rental in accordance with Article II. of this Contract for administration activities related to performance of business activities within the scope of the Client's business authorization in the normal way and, at the same time, not to affect the rights of other persons using the premises in which the Subject of Rental is located – the Client mainly undertakes not to cause inconveniences to such persons via excessive noise, vibration, odor, dust and dirt. The Client undertakes to adhere to súvislosti s užívaním Predmetu nájmu (napr. protipožiarne opatrenia, bezpečnostné a hygienické predpisy a pod.) Ak o to Klient požiada a po predchádzajúcom súhlase Vlastníka, Poskytovateľ sa zaväzuje umiestniť sídlo Klienta počas trvania tejto Zmluvy v Predmete nájmu a tiež potom poskytne Klientovi súčinnosť pri získavaní príslušných súhlasov z tohto dôvodu (napr. súhlas Vlastníka), aby adresa nehnuteľnosti, v ktorej sa Predmet nájmu nachádza, bola zapísaná ako adresa sídla Klienta v príslušných registroch (evidenciách) vrátane obchodného registra a živnostenského registra.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT. (1) The Client has the right to provision of services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and within the scope of the Agreement.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT. Excessive noise is prohibited from 10pm to 6am. If the client wishes to prolong his stay the accommodation provider can, if possible, offer him another room. The client can receive visitors in his room only with the express consent of the hotel proprietor. Visitors can be received only from 8am to 10pm and every visitor is obliged to register himself in the visitors’ book. Dogs, cats and other animals can be admitted only with previous consent of the accommodation provider and provided that the client can prove their good state of health. Persons who suffer from any infectious diseases cannot be accommodated. In the case of a disease or injury of the client the accommodation provider undertakes to provide medical aid or to transport the client to the hospital. The client is not entitled to use his own electrical appliances in the room with the exception of personal hygiene devices, i.e. shaving devices, massage machines, hair dryers etc. Moreover the client is entitled to use low input machines for personal use such as, for example, notebooks, printing machines, chargers for cameras or mobile phones etc. When the client leaves the room he is obliged to close the windows, turn off the water taps, switch off all electrical appliances and check that the room is locked. It is forbidden to leave children aged up to ten years unattended either in the room or in the hotel’s common areas.
