Tender sectioning. The Contracting Party recommends sectioning the tender as follows:
Tender sectioning. 9.2.1. Tenders are filed in writing in the Czech or in the English language. A tender submitted in the English language must be translated in the Czech language. A tender may be also processed in the Slovak language; documents in the Czech or in the Latin language are submitted without translations.
