Data Subject means an identified or identifiable natural person as defined by Data Protection Law.

Data Subject has the meaning set forth in this Data Processing Agreement.

Data Subject means an identified or identifiable natural person. • Where the Personal Data is obtained from the clinical Study participant/Data Subject (via interviews, questionnaires, clinical or para-clinical examination, treatment, observation, etc.), more detailed information concerning the clinical Study/testing/safety monitoring shall be distributed/forwarded to the Data Subject in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR.

• Insofar as a Data Subject contacts ROCHE directly concerning a rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, ROCHE will forward the Data Subject’s request to CUSTOMER without undue delay.

• Provider shall promptly notify Contracting Authority in writing if they receive any communication with regards to data protection relating to the services from a Data Subject, a data protection authority or other regulatory authority and provide Contracting Authority with full cooperation and assistance in relation to any such communication, at no additional cost to Contracting Authority.

• The categories of Data Subjects comprise: CUSTOMER’s employees, contractors and agents (natural persons only, no entities) Physicians or any other Data Subject in the healthcare sector (HCP’s) related to orders to CUSTOMER CUSTOMER’s customers (patients) Any other category of Data Subjects as specified in the respective DPA.

• Subject matter and duration of the Processing of Company Personal Data Subject to Agreement, Service Provider will provide the Services for the duration of the Agreement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
