Thereafter, Maintenance under that Order Schedule shall automatically renew for successive annual terms, unless either party notifies the other in writing of the intent not to renew at least 90 days prior to any upcoming renewal term.
Maintenance term shall begin on the start date set forth in the applicable Order Schedule and continue until the first anniversary of such start date.
