Change in performance. 6.1 lf the customer wishes to alter the contractually agreed scope of the services provided by MPG, the customer shall pass this change request on to MPG in writing. Further procedures shall be based on the following stipulations. MPG shall not be required to proceed as stipulated in 6.2 to 6.5. if change requests can be promptly reviewed and implemented within 8 working hours.
