Cooperation. The artists from Berlin will supervise the exhibition on at least one date. There will be a public artist talk in the context of the exhibition. GG3 expects the participation in ver- and finissage and artist talk. - For photographs of objects, pictures, etc. as well as video stills, we ask you to email us images in print resolution. We will document the installation and make videos of events ourselves. Artists must transport their works to the gallery and collect them again themselves; and they must assemble and dismantle their works themselves. A hanging system is available for this purpose in all rooms. Any exceptions require prior agreement. The artists must seal holes in the wall and paint over them with the wall paint provided. As a non-profit, the project space cannot provide transport, insurance, or liability. The PR has no insurance for exhibited works of art. The PR is located in a residential building. It is secured with cylinder locks in the entrance door and the entrance gate as well as barring of the basement windows; but the PR cannot give guarantees against burglary. We supervise the exhibition but are not liable for damage or theft. Sending of parcels is possible for people living far away, after consultation with us. Due to problems with parcel services, please do not use GG3 as address, but "Group Global 3000 co. Xxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx 00, 00000 Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx". Exhibiting artists have to be careful with the walls and the equipment of the PR. They are liable for any damage they themselves cause.
