Industrial Rights. (a) Subject to Appendix 11.15, the dSH Group companies hold all industrial rights or are entitled to make use of all industrial rights which are necessary for the ordinary management of their businesses. debis is not aware of any third parties having made written claims that debis Group companies are making use of industrial rights in an illegal way.
