Right of Lien / Recovery. The Lessor, due to its entitlements arising from the Lease Agreement, has a right of retention, as well as a statutory right of lien on the parked vehicle of the Lessee. If the Lessee is late in paying the amount due to the Lessor and/or if the owner/Lessee cannot be found, the Lessor can carry out the recovery 2 weeks after it was ordered, at the earliest.
