Lease Agreement. The object of the contract is the leasing of parking spaces as per the booking confirmation (Lease Agreement). By concluding a parking space lease agreement, Fraport is obligated to provide the client (Lessee) with a parking space for one-time parking of the client’s vehicle, in one of the parking lots, specified in the booking confirmation, of Frankfurt Airport for a duration also specified in the booking confirmation, in exchange for payment of the amount of rent indicated in the booking confirmation. There is no entitlement to the allocation of a specific parking space.
