RIGHTS SEVERAL. The obligations of the Borrower to the Facility Agent and the individual Lenders hereunder are created vis-a-vis each of them as separate and independent obligations. Subject to Articles 22 and 23, the Security Documents and the Security Pooling Agreement each Lender or the Facility Agent may separately enforce its rights hereunder.
