SCOPE AND VALIDITY. These „General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery“ apply to all deliveries and services of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇- ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Ges.m.b.H. (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) equally to the extent that the parties to the agreement have not agreed other terms and conditions expressly and in writing. Terms and conditions used by the contract partner (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) are only applicable insofar as they do not contradict the „General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery“ of the Seller and/or if they are acknowledged by the Seller expressly and in writing before orders are placed; in particular, no contract actions taken by the Seller shall be interpreted as an agreement to changes, amendments and/or supplements to this “General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery”.
SCOPE AND VALIDITY. 1.1. These “General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery” shall apply exclusively in their respectively valid version to all supplies and/or services of BFT GmbH (hereinafter refered to as “Seller”).Terms and conditions used by the contract partner (here- inafter referred to as “Buyer”) shall require the express written consent of the Seller. This also applies to any departure from the written form. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and De- livery form an integral part of the respective contract with the Buyer and shall apply to all future business transactions.
1.2. In case of any evident conflict between the contractu- al documents, they shall take precedence in the fol- lowing order unless otherwise specified or the context requires otherwise: • Special agreements (e.g. as presented in a supply agreement; purchase order) insofar as these agreements have been confirmed in writing by the Seller; • General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery of BFT GmbH; • Offer (including but not limited to BFT Offer Terms and Conditions; • Dispositive standards of commercial law and civil law.

SCOPE AND VALIDITY. These “General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery”, exclusively, apply – even if no specific reference is made to this – for all legal transactions between the firm Fine Textilverlag GmbH (hereinafter referred-to as “Seller”) and the Customer (hereinafter referred-to as “Buyer”. When the Buyer places the order, he acknowledges the terms of the Seller, which then become part of the contract. Agreements that deviate are only effective if the Seller confirms them in writing.
