01(i). Tax" or "Taxes" means federal, state, county, local, foreign, or other income, gross receipts, ad valorem, franchise, profits, sales or use, transfer, registration, excise, utility, environmental, communications, real or personal property, capital stock, license, payroll, wage or other withholding, employment, social security, severance, stamp, occupation, alternative or add-on minimum, estimated and other taxes of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, deficiencies, penalties,

01(i). Tax" or "Taxes" means federal, state, county, local, foreign, or other income, gross receipts, ad valorem, franchise, profits, sales or use, transfer, registration, excise, utility, environmental, communications, real or personal property, capital stock, license, payroll, wage or other withholding, employment, social security, severance, stamp, occupation, alternative or add-on minimum, estimated and other taxes of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, deficiencies, penalties, additions to tax, and interest attributable thereto) whether disputed or not: and "Tax Return" means any federal, state, foreign, county or local return, information report or filing with respect to Taxes, including any schedules attached thereto and including any amendment thereof.

  • (k) Adult’ shall mean having attained the age of majority.

  • Highway means the entire width between the boundary lines of every way or place open to the use

MSW does not include special handling waste (e.g., waste from manufacturing processes, regulated medical waste, sewage, and sludge), hazardous waste, or waste generated by construction or demolition sites.

  • TN means Tennessee

  • Zone 3 means all of that part of the Lower Peninsula south of the line described in subdivision (bb).

  • Bulkhead means an airtight structure separating the working chamber from free air or from another chamber under a lower pressure than the working pressure;

  • IL means Illinois

  • IITK means the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur;

  • SOQ means Statement of Qualifications.

  • AT&T-21STATE means the AT&T owned ILEC(s) doing business in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.

  • Stillbirth means an unintended fetal death occurring after a gestation period of 20 completed weeks or more or an unintended fetal death of a fetus with a weight of 350 or more grams.

  • State highway means a state route or portion of a state

  • Street Line means the limit of the street allowance and is the dividing line between a lot and a street;

  • GA means the amount (if any) by which:
