102 Award definition

102 Award means any Award granted to Employees pursuant to Section 102 of the Ordinance.

  • Each 102 Award will be subject to the Israeli index base of the Value of Benefit, as defined in Section 102(a) of the Ordinance, as determined by the Committee in its discretion, pursuant to the Rules, from time to time.
