Abandoned Pool definition

Abandoned Pool means a public pool that has not been permitted or not in operation for at least four calendar years.
Abandoned Pool means a pool which the owner and/or permit holder has permanently ceased using (usually resulting in a nuisance) or a pool upon which the pool contractor or builder has ceased construction.

  • Abandoned property means personal property left by an owner who intentionally

  • Abandoned means left without provision for reasonable and necessary care or supervision.

  • Abandoned vehicle means any of the following:

  • USP-NF means the current edition of the United States Pharmacopeia-National Formulary.

  • Cumulative Retained Excess Cash Flow Amount means, at any date of determination, an amount equal to the aggregate cumulative sum of the Retained Percentage of Excess Cash Flow for the Excess Cash Flow Periods ended on or prior to such date.

  • Divestiture Assets means all of Defendants’ rights, titles, and interests in and to:

  • Data Loss Event means any event that results, or may result, in unauthorised access to Personal Data held by the Contractor under this Agreement, and/or actual or potential loss and/or destruction of Personal Data in breach of this Agreement, including any Personal Data Breach.

  • Permitted Asset Swap means the concurrent purchase and sale or exchange of Related Business Assets or a combination of Related Business Assets and cash or Cash Equivalents between Holdings or a Restricted Subsidiary and another Person; provided that any cash or Cash Equivalents received must be applied in accordance with Section 10.4.
