ABC Trust definition

ABC Trust means Canetic ABC Commercial Trust, a trust established under the laws of the Province of Alberta and governed by the ABC Trust Indenture.
ABC Trust means Mangrove Bay Trust, a Delaware statutory trust, formed pursuant to the ABC Declaration.
ABC Trust has the meaning specified in the preamble to this Agreement.
