ABCP programme definition

ABCP programme means a programme of securitisations, the securities issued by which predominantly take the form of commercial paper with an original maturity of one year or less, as defined in Article 242(9) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013.
ABCP programme means a programme of asset-backed commercial paper with an original maturity of not more than one year that is backed by assets or other underlying pool of exposures held in an SPE;
ABCP programme means a programme of securitisations the securities issued by which predominantly take the form of asset-backed commercial paper with an original maturity of one year or less;
