Aboriginal Site means an “Aboriginal site” as defined in the Heritage Act or a “significant Aboriginal area” as defined in the Aboriginal and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act 1984 (Cth) or a “site of particular significance” within the meaning of section 237(b) of the NTA, whether recorded or not.
