Absolute TSR Goal definition

Absolute TSR Goal means the goal for TSR on an absolute basis as set forth on Exhibit A; provided however, such goal shall be modified as provided in Section 4(d) in connection with a Change of Control.

Adjusted EPS provides a basis for comparison of our business operations between current, past and future periods by excluding items that we do not believe are indicative of our core operating performance.
