The Board and Provider entered into that certain Master Agreement for Arts and Cultural Enrichment (Out-of-School), Academic Support (Out-of-School) and Student Health and Wellness (In-School, Out-of-School and Recess) Services for a term commencing August 1, 2016 and continuing through July 31, 2018 ("Original Agreement”) (authorized by Board Report 16-0323- PR2), with the Board having two (2) options to renew for a period of one (1) year each.
This section applies to annually contracted faculty who have completed six consecutive academic years of service at half time or more and to Academic Support Professionals.
Each Academic Support Professional shall be evaluated annually by her/his supervisor.

Non-instructional faculty (Librarians, Counselors, Financial Aid Advisors, and other Academic Support employees covered by this agreement) shall be evaluated uniformly within their respective classifications and in accordance with their contractually assigned duties and responsibilities by the appropriate Vice President.
Academic Support Faculty are Type B faculty who do not teach or have full responsibility for regular assigned courses.
The essential duties and responsibilities comprising the workload of Academic Support Faculty fall into three categories: Professional Practice, Service, and Scholarship and Scholarly Activity.
An Academic Support Professional may be recommended for non-retention because of program need or unsatisfactory performance of assigned duties.
Accessing academic support services such as: Academic Support Centers, Academic Success Workshops, Virtual Skills Lab, and online tutoring resources.
