Acceptable Forum definition

Acceptable Forum. See Section 28.
Acceptable Forum means an audience to whom a communication is delivered and is composed of persons that are privileged and entitled to receive such information.

  • If any litigation is initiated in any other venue or forum, the parties waive any right to oppose any motion or application made by any party to transfer such litigation to an Acceptable Forum.

  • Forum means any court, adjudicative body, tribunal, or jurisdiction, whether its nature is federal, foreign, state, administrative, regulatory, arbitral, local, or otherwise.

  • Eligible Jurisdiction means Australia, Canada, Cayman Islands, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States.

  • Applicable Jurisdiction means the jurisdiction or jurisdictions under which the Borrower is organized, domiciled or resident or from which any of its business activities are conducted or in which any of its properties are located and which has jurisdiction over the subject matter being addressed.

  • Competent Court means the Supreme Court of India or any High Court, or any tribunal or any similar judicial or quasi-judicial body that has jurisdiction in relation to issues relating to the Project.

  • Final Judgment means the Final Judgment and Order to be entered by the Court approving the Agreement after the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Alternate Judgment means a form of final judgment that may be entered by the Court herein but in a form other than the form of Judgment provided for in this Stipulation.
